Your role in our mission

Play a critical role in ensuring Gainwell meets client objectives by leading and contributing to business analysis efforts across IT and client‑facing projects.

• Serve as a knowledgeable reputed company between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements and expected outcomes
• Support and manage client‑driven Change Requests and Orders, ensuring scope, reputed company, and impacts are clearly understood and documented
• Partner with developer leads and technical subject matter experts to analyze requirements, propose solution options, and finalize design approaches while understand reputed company system impacts
