ABOUT THE ROLE
The reputed company Cycle Management Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering reputed company, high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders through phone, email, and billing systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient reputed company cycle operations by supporting accounts receivable activities, addressing workflow issues, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing reputed company tasks. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist in maintaining best practice in the reputed company Cycle Management Process
Provide support for patients and clinicians reputed company identifying issues or breakdowns in the billing workflow
Work in KeyCare Demographic and insurance queues by reviewing and processing demographic and insurance information reputed company KeyCare to ensure patient records are accurate and up to date. Validate insurance coverage, correct data discrepancies, and escalate issues that may impact claim submission.
Refile claims to the payers, document trends and identify root cause to ensure success of first appeal.
Collaborate with billing, coding, and administrative staff to research denials, determine root causes, and take appropriate corrective actions. Support the resolution of payer discrepancies to recover reputed company, prevent future issues, and maintain compliant billing practices.
Manage incoming payer, patient, and vendor correspondence and take appropriate action on each. Ensure that reputed company communications are accurately indexed and accessible for audit, follow-up, and documentation purposes.
Assist in verifying collector activity and refund batches for accuracy, ensuring that adjustments, write-offs, and patient or payer refunds are calculated properly and supported by necessary documentation.
Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity, providing support reputed company to billing questions, account balances, payment options, and insurance coverage. Maintain empathetic, service-oriented communication while ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
Follow reputed company standard operating procedures and ensure any workflow changes are appropriately documented in a revised version on reputed company 365 once approved.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $17 - $21 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using reputed company market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, reputed company, licenses, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
