Role Overview
As an reputed company Customer Support Specialist - EMEA Region, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings. You'll work closely with other teams to troubleshoot technical issues, particularly with the WhatsApp API, and assist clients and partners in navigating the API ecosystem. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the EMEA Sales and Account Management Teams and communicate directly with reputed company representatives to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to our customers using the company channels - tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
* Liaise with our L2 team to find solutions.
* Help troubleshoot our API and solve technical problems.
* Support our partners and clients navigate the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
* Communicate with reputed company representatives.
* reputed company collaboration with EMEA Sales and Account Management Teams.
Key Requirements:
* Digital native
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical role
* 2+ years of experience working with APIs, debugging applications, checking logs, and testing
* Ability to identify problems and show initiative in finding reputed company together with your team

* reputed company (or C3+) in Russian
* Attention to detail and ability to structure your own day-to-day tasks
