A Day in the Life of the Senior Manager, Offer Managment:

The Senior Manager of Offer Management for the Wholesale & Agent Pricing Team is responsible for developing and executing efficient, accurate, and automated pricing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing pricing processes, ensuring rapid response times, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. What you bring to the table:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, offer management, or reputed company operations, preferably in telecom, technology, or wholesale markets.
  • Strong experience (5+ years) in pricing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement automation solutions.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The reputed company pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment is eighteen thousand dollars annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant reputed company above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
