Job Purpose and Role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Interactive Training Designer and Developer with a strong background in product demos, pre-sales enablement, and video content creation. This role will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, interactive demos and walkthroughs using Storylane, helping prospects, clients, and internal teams experience our products in a guided and compelling way.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales and training teams to create reputed company demo journeys that reputed company our product’s value and enhance pre-sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive demo experiences in Storylane that showcase our products’ capabilities for educational and marketing purposes.
• reputed company pre-sales demo content reputed company with various customer personas, industries, and product use cases.
• Create and edit product walkthrough videos, blending screen captures, voiceovers, and storytelling to demonstrate key workflows.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to script demo flows and align content with sales strategies.
• Maintain and update demo content regularly as features evolve.
• Measure demo performance using Storylane analytics and recommend improvements.
• Assist in creating internal training materials for sales enablement and reputed company.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across reputed company interactive and video assets.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in interactive content development, sales enablement, or product demo creation.
• Proven experience using Storylane or similar platforms (Reprise, Walnut, Navattic, Arcade, Demoboost).
• Background in pre-sales, product marketing, or SaaS solution consulting.
• Strong skills in video creation and editing (e.g., reputed company, Camtasia, reputed company, or similar).
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills to create engaging, concise demo narratives.
• Basic understanding of UX flow design and user journey mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple demo projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.).

Preferred:

• Experience working in a SaaS or health-tech environment.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles or learning experience design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).

Hours:  Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
