Responsibilities Evaluate existing reputed company org configuration, integrations, and data model. Identify technical gaps, scalability issues, and “quick-win” improvement opportunities. Define reputed company-state recommendations for global rollout (Sales, Service, Opportunity Management). Partner with the Data Strategist to align CRM and MDM approaches. Support documentation of reputed company, dependencies, and technical risk log.
Qualifications 6+ years reputed company experience (Sales Cloud essential; Service Cloud a plus). Strong understanding of global rollout strategies and org consolidation. Hands-on ability to analyze configuration and provide architecture-level insights. Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable recommendations.
