About the role
As a Consulting Manager, Payer Domain, you will reputed company an impact by supporting reputed company payer clients through business and technology transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and quality assurance partners to translate reputed company business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with reputed company payer stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reputed company business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements for IT and QA teams
- Support end‑to‑end delivery reputed company Agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative solution delivery
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation using JIRA
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements clarity, quality outcomes, and on‑time delivery
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams to support project execution and stakeholder alignment

What you must have to be considered
- 8–10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on the reputed company Payer domain
- Proven experience translating reputed company business requirements into detailed requirements for IT and QA teams
- Hands‑on experience using JIRA for requirements management and Agile delivery
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile project environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

- Experience supporting reputed company payer platforms, systems, or business processes
- Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Compensation
The annual reputed company salary for this position is $81,450 – $129,500, depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
