Regional Sales Manager - Great Lakes Region

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Great Lakes Region (MI, IN, OH, KY, WV) Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts reputed company the territory. Considered Applicants must reputed company in the Great Lakes region of the United States to be considered for this remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company the assigned territory
• Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to reputed company promotional 
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed companyineering, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5years of experience in industrial sales,
• Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems
• Strong proven abilities to manage technical selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to develop new business and reputed company sales.
• Ability to travel extensively reputed company the Great Lakes territory. (MI, IN, OH, KY, WV)
• Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reputed company to work independently
