We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company and support a premier partner. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll reputed company with customers reputed company outbound calls, or through email depending on the customer requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by purpose and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Part Time, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering the highest level of customer service on a daily basis
• Communicating reputed company phone & email with clients to educate them on the program and establish ongoing contact
• Maintaining data reputed company reputed company our company's CRM (reputed company)
• Interfacing with multiple business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Tracking, tracing, documenting, and arranging retrieval of AeroSafe boxes
• Educating customers on features & benefits of products to improve product-reputed company sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with team members and coordinating solutions for customers
• Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating systems of actions taken
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations with both internal and external customers
• Working a Monday - Friday 9a-2p EST schedule
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in customer service or a reputed company role
• Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working with CRM software, such as reputed company
• Knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking
