Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation
  • Processing sales paperwork in our computer system and following applicable procedures
  • Releasing new orders and change orders to manufacturing
  • Verifying finished goods (stock) requests and moving pending stock as needed
  • Maintaining master tooling files
  • Processing obsolete lists as needed (at minimum twice per year)
  • Invoicing and filing sales documents
  • Prioritizing and organizing work-loads to meet deadlines
  • Answering phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed
  • Responding to emails quickly and sending out emails to management and suppliers
  • Scanning incoming and outgoing materials and inputting data into systems
  • Creating orders into the systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to read sales forms and input data into our computer system
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic Microsoft Office software experience (Word & Excel primarily)
  • Resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems
  • A positive, service-oriented focus and communication in any situation
