Job title: Program Specialist-SPARK Virtual Monitor Company: reputed company Job description: Position Summary: SPARK Early Literacy program seeks patient, compassionate, driven individuals to join our successful and welcoming team. We serve grades K5-3rd struggling readers using one-on-one 30-minute in-person or virtual tutoring sessions. Responsibilities: Follow tutoring schedules for assigned SPARK sites.

• Monitoring online tutoring sessions and break-out rooms for a minimum of 4 hours daily.
• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with SPARK staff, reputed company, and parents.
• Provide guidance and direction to SPARK reputed company needing reputed company room assistance.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while hosting, including keeping your camera on the entire time, dressing, and conversing appropriately.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Experience Requirements:
