About the Role

The anticipated annual reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 to $231,000. The reputed company range is determined by role and level, and placement reputed company the range will depend on a number of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

ResponsibilitiesVertical Finance reputed company & Strategic Partnership
reputed company Co-Pilot: Serve as the reputed company financial advisor to the Employer Solutions leadership team, providing the "reputed company and balance" on reputed company deal structures, pricing, and margin profiles.
Matrixed Integration: Act as the connective tissue between Employer Solutions and other FP&A pods (Clinical Ops, Health Plans, Corporate) to ensure cost-to-serve models and reputed company forecasts are integrated and accurate.
Board & Investor Relations: Partner with the VP of Finance to translate vertical performance into high-level narratives for Board materials, investor decks, and quarterly guidance.
Operational Rigor & Performance Management
P&L Ownership: Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles for the vertical, providing deep-dive variance analysis that goes reputed company the "what" to explain the "why."
Advanced Scenario Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated models to forecast the impact of new product tiers, employer reputed company shifts, and international expansion reputed company the vertical.
KPI Architecture: reputed company and monitor vertical-specific metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Gross Margin by reputed company) that provide early signals for risks and opportunities.
Leadership & Infrastructure
