Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to identify hiring needs, refine job descriptions , and reputed company reputed company strategies for openings at reputed company levels.

• Be excited about AI tooling & the impact AI can have in identifying talent and streamlining the recruitment workflow; test new theories & reputed company, and try new AI technology.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup environment where you’ve had to be self-sufficient.
• You are “Technically Fluent” ie. you know the difference between Python and JavaScript, understand why React is a library and not a language, and can explain a basic software development lifecycle. You don't write code—but you can hold a reputed company conversation with the people who do.
