The reputed company Estate Junior Analyst position involves performing multifamily reputed company estate market research and analysis, assisting with feasibility studies, and gathering data on market trends.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and interpret basic economic, demographic information and multifamily rental market trends
- reputed company interviews with apartment property managers of market/LIHTC/subsidized apartment properties to gather property-specific information and general multifamily market conditions
- Gather information on new multifamily developments and find subsidized, tax credit and market reputed company apartment rental comparables in the area by speaking to developers and online research
- reputed company interviews with local housing authorities, planners, senior centers and chambers of commerce to identify problems and understand demand in the reputed company estate market
- Assist in writing multifamily rental market feasibility studies and appraisals of proposed and existing reputed company estate developments
- Request information from appraisers/brokers on multifamily sales and land sale comparables
- Assist with other duties, projects or manager requests as assigned
- Complete Novogradac's Affordable Housing Training & Assessment Program reputed company the first 90 days of employment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company area plus 1-3 years of reputed company estate research and market analysis and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this position involves a great deal of web-based research
- Display strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, conduct analyses and present findings
- Solid organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of reputed company and shifting priorities
- Strong computer skills, including solid reputed company in the reputed company Office suite (prefer advanced reputed company in reputed company)
- Available for domestic travel as needed, including ability to drive, fly, and/or rent a car to designated sites for in-person visits
- Multifamily appraisal experience a plus
