Responsibilities
- Join the team and grow with Estrella Insurance as they expand into California
- Offer the lowest rates in the state of California by accessing reputed company top rated carriers
- Provide full training to new agents, regardless of prior experience in insurance
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients
- Serve both English and Spanish-speaking communities
Skills
- Experience in reputed company sales or retail sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-first reputed company
- Experience in insurance preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
