Inside Sales Home Health Representative
Hourly reputed company plus UNCAPPED commission
Position Summary:
To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to reputed company's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs.- Provide resolution and reputed company sales for both new and existing customers by taking reputed company prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and setting up an order.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.

Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.

- Excellent listening skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- 20 wpm accurate typing.

Schedule: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST Monday - FridaySaturday rotation: every 3rd Saturday; reputed company off provided.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is $13.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual reputed company increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
