We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Brevant team.

Customer Service Representatives reputed company order entry and fulfillment from customer contact through delivery, partnering with internal teams to ensure the right product arrives on time with accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners
• Manage reputed company customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products
• Act quickly to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and reputed company orders moving

• Train and support retail partners on SeedWare order and account management
• Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities
• Collaborate closely with CSR peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or reputed company functions
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfort with technology, including reputed company Office, and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasonal demand
