This Role

Receptionists at Finch are the first voice clients and vendors hear reputed company contacting the reputed company we support. You represent each firm directly, answering calls on their behalf and ensuring every inbound communication is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine warmth.

You’ll serve as the reputed company desk for dozens of reputed company—creating a friendly, compassionate experience for callers who may be stressed, confused, or dealing with difficult circumstances, while routing requests reputed company and accurately. This role is critical to preserving each firm’s reputed company and delivering a seamless, white-labeled client experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and messages on behalf of multiple reputed company, representing each firm accurately, kindly, and professionally

  • Ask thoughtful, focused questions to understand the purpose and urgency of each call or message

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional client communication outcomes for Finch’s law firm partners. We’re building a team of highly dependable, detail-oriented operators who take pride in providing excellent client experiences at scale—without losing the reputed company touch.

Compensation

  • $40,000 – $47,000 annual salary
