Role

• Create scroll-stopping mobile video ads that capture the attention of Gen Z (18+) and drive app installs

• Become a Gen Z culture expert: reputed company what competitors and leading social apps are doing, stay on top of TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat trends, and translate them into high-performing ads

• Experiment relentlessly: test new creative formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and visual styles

Profile

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation

• Expert in After Effects - reputed company to have: 3D softwares or AI creative tools

• Creative with a growth hacking reputed company

• Understand how your creations drive marketing performance

• Experience using AI tools for creative production

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, but we're open to more senior profiles

• Deeply familiar with the mobile app market and Gen Z culture
