Job Summary

In this unique and rewarding position, the Payroll Engineer supports and oversees reputed company aspects of payroll operations for our clients. You’ll apply your already established skillset and knowledge to recommend enhancements to clients’ reputed company practices, implement best practices, and process quality and timely payroll. You’ll play the liaison between the client and their chosen vendor, completing payroll projects and tasks, and administering reputed company payroll changes.?

Job Duties

• Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company platforms preferred.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong payroll balancing skills to ensure precise and error-free processing.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate reputed company customer needs and scenarios.
• Ability to reputed company payroll-reputed company calculations, including bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay adjustments.
• Capable of creating, maintaining, and updating SOPs to ensure consistency in processes and documentation.
• Foundational understanding of payroll taxes, compliance requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be reputed company to move up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be reputed company to participate in video conferences/meetings.
