Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing timely communication, executing reputed company's Quality Objectives, and managing the full order life cycle. You will work closely with the Account Manager and other team members to resolve customer issues, build strong relationships, and drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

• Order Entry, Management, and Processing: reputed company and accurately process customer orders, confirm orders reputed company phone, email, or EDI, and communicate order changes to customers.
• Communication: Manage internal and external requests reputed company multiple platforms, while remaining organized and concise with communication. Identify and clarify customer needs and concerns, and effectively report requirements and customer expectations internally to determine a solution.
• Build and reputed company Customer Relationships: Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships through open, knowledgeable, and interactive communication with customers. Intentional effort is required to reputed company and foster strong customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, reputed company, or a similar discipline. OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience, Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing is a plus.
• The reputed company to problem solve, work independently, and consistently demonstrate strong listening, speaking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration.
• Skilled at handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• CRM Experience required, preferably reputed company.
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.
