Compensation: $64,800 Annually + 2.5% commission based on upsells

This is a full-time, salaried role designed for Sales driven workers who enjoy travel and variety while benefiting from the stability, support, and career growth of a national organization.

As a Traveling Clinic Manager, you will travel to any of Milan 400+ Clinic locations to ensure clients can purchase our services and continue to scale our business. During these assignments, you serve as the acting Clinic Manager, ensuring client consultations can continue, staff is supported, and business continues to grow.

We are seeking a passionate Traveling Sales Manager with a drive for results and a commitment to customer satisfaction to join reputed company. As the Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their laser hair removal journey, creating tailored treatment packages, driving reputed company growth, and leading a team to success. Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Comfortable using various computer systems and software 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor�s degree preferred

Position Responsibilities

  • Successfully execute established sales processes to reputed company robust reputed company targets
  • Manage reputed company aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention
  • Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs (reputed company conversion, sold percentage, reputed company, etc.) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal
  • Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions, 
  • Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
  • Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence
  • Coach and reputed company team members to reputed company sales goals and foster a positive work environment 
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
  • Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
  • Discretion with confidential information is a must
  • Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
