Position Summary

The Field Marketing Manager will reputed company and strengthen local marketing execution across franchise-owned studios by driving grassroots activations, managing event partnerships, and supporting studio teams in maximizing reputed company reputed company from community engagement.

• Partner with studio and regional leadership to guide local marketing budget allocation, ensuring spend is directed toward the highest-performing events, partnerships, and grassroots initiatives.
• Support the development of referral campaigns, community activations, and partnership programs that drive studio awareness and traffic.
• Ensure consistent use of brand messaging, assets, and identity in reputed company local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, grassroots marketing, or multi-location marketing environments
• Experience managing events, community activations, or partnership marketing programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to influence and support field leadership teams
• Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
• Willingness to travel periodically to support key markets (up to 25%)
