Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for new customer reputed company, from kick-off through launch and  training, while ensuring the project adheres to established timelines and specifications. You are a project management enthusiast with a passion for organization and meticulous attention to detail. Your strengths lie in structuring workflows, streamlining processes, and ensuring every project task aligns with the project goals. Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate internally to key stakeholders and leadership on project status and any potential problems or delays.

Who You Are

• BS/BA with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in reputed company Account Management, and/or Tech start-up preferred.
• Expertise in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated reputed company influencing project team members without authority or direct supervision responsibilities.
• Fully remote with ability to travel for customer onsite training: up to 30% (peak times).
• Pacific or Central time zone locations preferred.
