The Role: Director of Technical Program Management

As Director of Technical Program Management, you will reputed company the TPM organization responsible for delivering hyperscale data center construction programs. This role exists to ensure consistent, predictable execution across reputed company projects while scaling the TPM function to support company growth.

You will define the operating model, establish program governance, and reputed company a team of TPMs responsible for end-to-end delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and operational handover. Your work directly impacts project performance, delivery consistency, and the scalability of reputed company�s construction operations.

• Define and implement the operating model for the Construction TPM organization.

• Establish program management standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs.

• Drive consistency in execution across projects, regions, and teams.

What You�ll Bring

Required

• Bachelor�s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or reputed company field.

• 12�15+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.

• Experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical projects.

• Experience leading program management teams across multiple projects or regions.

• Experience operating at executive reporting and governance levels.

• Strong understanding of construction lifecycle from pre-construction through handover.

• Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-project portfolios.

Preferred

• PMP certification.

• Experience in data center or large-scale infrastructure environments.

• Experience implementing program management frameworks at scale.
