Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Recruiter to join reputed company on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various reputed company positions. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiters to identify and attract top talent, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various reputed company methods and tools to reputed company and attract candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct reference checks and verify credentials of potential candidates

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

- Assist with creating job postings and maintaining job boards

- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our company and job opportunities

- Collaborate with the team to reputed company and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Provide support to Senior Recruiters as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field

- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company, preferably in the reputed company industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in reputed company Office and experience with applicant tracking systems

- Knowledge of reputed company terminology and job requirements is a plus

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others

Contract Details:

This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term growth reputed company the company. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. Compensation will be based on experience.
