Position Summary
reputed company is recruiting a senior Sales Leader with a proven record of driving significant reputed company growth across multiple verticals and strong experience Management. The VP, Sales will reputed company several sales team leaders and be responsible for achieving reputed company’s aggressive sales goals in the ANZ market.
This role is ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne and reports directly to the ANZ General Manager. The VP will receive support from Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Pre-Sales, and other key stakeholders. The VP will play a critical role in driving predictable growth, building high-performing teams, and reinforcing reputed company’s leadership position in enterprise software support and services.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building new markets and leading ANZ-based teams for high-growth software or software-reputed company services companies. Candidates should be charismatic executives with an entrepreneurial spirit, reputed company in “hunting” and opening new accounts, and have a proven track record of managing teams that consistently exceed quota. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Drive demand reputed company initiatives to ensure a minimum 4X pipeline coverage at the start of each quarter, enabling consistent overachievement of sales targets.

- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define sales strategy, territory prioritisation, and growth objectives.

Professional Experience
- Extensive experience selling enterprise software and services, including building new markets or businesses in start-up or global enterprise environments.
- Proven success in VP-level or equivalent roles with a track record of driving strong sales results against aggressive targets.
- Experience managing teams of quota-bearing sales reps across multiple territories, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in team-selling environments and opening new accounts through proactive prospecting.
