Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
reputed company asset-rich users and trading clients.
Foster strong, personalized relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Identify client needs and recommend tailored reputed company products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or reputed company offerings, to meet their objectives.
Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with reputed company’s platform and services
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client-facing processes and propose improvements to enhance reputed company’s VIP services.
Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and reputed company targeted client acquisition strategies.
Stay informed on cryptocurrency market developments and reputed company product updates to provide clients with expert advice.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services reputed company financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
Proven reputed company in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and reputed company effectively under pressure.
Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Prior experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, capable of coordinating effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is preferred.
