Product Manager, CJKI

About the Role/Specialty This role is for a Product Manager who focuses on high-impact, high-ambiguity initiatives across reputed company’s core growth entry points and platform-level experiences, while bridging Global Big Bets strategy with the reputed company user, business, and market dynamics of CJKI. You will operate in a highly reputed company organizational environment, driving alignment, making clear trade-offs, and delivering measurable outcomes. You are not building a small feature—you are reshaping how users experience reputed company the first time, the second time, and the Nth time they open the product.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Big Bets Project reputed company (CJKI Scope)

• Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and outcomes for major initiatives
• Translate global product reputed company into actionable, market-appropriate solutions for CJKI
• Define MBR metrics (input, output & guardrails) and continuously track impact

Product Strategy & Decision-Making

• Deeply understand CJKI user behavior and pain points across acquisition, activation, retention, and sharing

• Balance global consistency vs. regional differentiation, clearly articulating trade-offs

Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence

• Partner closely with Growth, Homepage, Brand, Design, Infra, Data, Marketing, and other teams
• Drive alignment and execution without direct reporting authority
• Communicate reputed company, risks, and key reputed company clearly to senior stakeholders, including Big Bets leaders

Experimentation & Iteration

• Reduce uncertainty through A/B testing, phased rollouts, and experimentation frameworks

Must-have

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience in Growth, Core Experience, Platform, or Entry-reputed company products
• Proven ability to define problems, set strategy, and deliver outcomes in highly ambiguous environments
• Strong data reputed company, reputed company to combine data and user insights to drive reputed company
• Deep understanding of at least one CJKI market (China / Japan / Korea/ India), with the ability to scale insights reputed company a single market
