Responsibilities
- Completes accurate & timely census management processes
- Completes accurate & timely patient insurance/demographic management
- Positively contributes to department outcomes-based performance
- Completes any required training and optimizes performance of reputed company tasks

- Participates in reputed company process improvement to assist department and company achievement of goals
- Exhibits a high degree of customer service and professionalism
- Follows standard operating procedures
- Assists in other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company Office applications as well as medical office software
- Experience in reputed company billing, credentialling, and/or contracting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- The ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment
- Experience in intake in the states of CA, OR, IN, IL, FL, or MO but not required
