Job Description: At Regions, the Systems Administrator installs, configures, and maintains operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements. Primary Responsibilities

• Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
• Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures
• Monitors and tunes the system to reputed company reputed company performance levels
• Monitors system software licensing and maintenance agreements
• Ensures workstation/server data reputed company by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions
• Ensures data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations
• Supports media management through internal methods and procedures or through offsite storage and retrieval services
• Develops and promotes standard operating procedures
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of reputed company supporting documentation
• Performs scripting as needed (i.e. PowerShell and Bash)
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or technical training program and four (4) years of reputed company experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of reputed company experience

Additional experience/preferences:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain reputed company backup systems (3-5+ yrs experience with platforms such as reputed company, NetBackup, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
• Optimize backup schedules, retention policies, and storage efficiency.
• Configure and manage reputed company based backup solutions (such as AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Integrate on premise and hybrid backup systems with reputed company storage
• Experience with cyber reputed company, immutability, and threat detection best practices
• Support hybrid reputed company disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Associates will work from their home primarily and may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed. Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a reputed company-of-market reference for compensation reputed company.
