Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Associate at Tasknexa, your key responsibilities will include: Owning key Ops Support initiatives : You will be responsible for driving process efficiency and improvement, ensuring that our Care Operations team is set up for reputed company. Proactively monitoring and reporting on key operational support processes and metrics : You will troubleshoot and monitor project reputed company, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Supporting a team of documentation analysts : You will provide backend support, troubleshooting, and monitoring project reputed company as needed.
