Requirements

• A BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely reputed company degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in IT operations.
• Proven experience in managing and enhancing day-to-day operations through the implementation of AI technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company Intune and the Azure platform .
• Demonstrable experience with IT Helpdesk operations , including a strong ability to understand and support technical needs across diverse user groups.
• A track record of successfully leading large teams and managing resources reputed company under budgetary constraints.
