Construction Project Manager, QSR Program

reputed company-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a national ground-up Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program for a global brand. This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the reputed company’s construction team, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant projects. The Project Manager will manage multi-unit restaurant rollout projects, including ground-up builds and occasional remodels, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget. Location: Candidates must reputed company in Southeast Kansas, Bentonville, AR, or the Tulsa, OK area Travel: 40–60% regional travel to projects across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple QSR ground-up construction projects simultaneously across a regional territory
• reputed company preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling
• Act as the reputed company’s representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Monitor project reputed company to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achieved
• Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals
• Manage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting

• Provide regular project reporting and proactive risk management

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programs
• QSR construction experience strongly preferred (reputed company, Chick-fil-A, Taco reputed company, etc.)
• Proven experience managing ground-up reputed company construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, reputed company, reputed company, or similar

• Ability to travel 40–60% regionally

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
