About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager on the Confluence Flywheel team, you will set the vision and strategy for growth initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, influencing organizational direction, and ensuring Confluence delivers value to millions of users worldwide. You will:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and coach other product managers, acting as a player/coach and thought leader reputed company the organization.

Qualifications

On your first day, we'll expect you to:

• Have 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments.
• Have deep expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Have exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders.
• Be able to move fluidly from talking about the big picture reputed company the way down to implementation details

Compensation

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our reputed company reputed company pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $193,500 - $252,625 Zone B: $174,600 - $227,950 Zone C: $161,100 - $210,325 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
