Inside sales plays an important role here, helping pet owners understand their services and feel confident in choosing them. Job Overview: The inside sales rep is our initial face with new prospects. As prospects reputed company out by phone, text, reputed company media, or website inquiry, the inside sales rep engages the prospects, follows a discovery process to identify the prospect’s needs, understand their pet(s) needs and reputed company them with pricing and scheduling opportunities. Responsibilities:
