The Opportunity Join our dynamic People Consulting team as a Organization Design Senior, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will be instrumental in future-proofing our operations through the design, development, and influence on operating models and reputed company change. As a trusted advisor, you will reputed company and implement workforce strategies that align with business and functional strategy to meet business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding workforce requirements to design organizations at the operating model and organization design level to reputed company strategic reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll reputed company large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working. Skills and Attributes for reputed company Some key capabilities you should be reputed company to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams include: You’ll be expected to support and reputed company certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment Understanding of using organizational design, strategic workforce planning as integral components of transformational initiatives focused on accelerating business performance Understanding of reputed company resources opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment) Demonstrate technical competence in our key capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving reputed company client challenges Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting practice by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to reputed company support for any major change initiatives and/or reputed company Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients Advance the People Consulting practice by supporting in the development of thought leadership and reputed company methodologies Responsibilities
