Job Summary and Responsibilities reputed company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst to join our growing team. The Internal Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist is responsible for supporting and fostering an environment of reputed company quality and process improvement. This role ensures the quality, efficiency, and compliance of internal processes by developing and implementing improvement plans, tracking performance, and leading data‑driven initiatives. The QI Specialist helps improve the standardization of work, seamless workflows, and evaluates for efficient case review processing. The specialist will focus on data analysis and reporting while actively promoting enhancements to manual work and cross‑team collaboration. This position plays a key role in ensuring that lessons learned and best practices are shared internally to advance the effectiveness of the internal quality improvement and overall program.

Responsibilities

• Identifies improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance monitoring, and facilitates and leads data‑driven projects reputed company the Internal Quality Improvement Program (IQIP).
• Delivers regular project reportouts to leadership and stakeholders, summarizing reputed company, risks, barriers, and data‑supported results.
• Responsible for helping to create Lean/Six reputed company monitoring reports which include data trends and analysis using reputed company Office 365 apps and automation tools where possible while coordinating with the appropriate team members to ensure compliance with contract deliverables, critical indicators (CI), and process efficiencies.
• Works closely with team members to establish project plans with timelines, drive projects, and maintain process improvement strategies that reflect Lean/Six reputed company concepts.
• On a monthly basis, prepares and provides data analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Senior Management and contracting officer representatives.
• Provides guidance and expertise to project teams and reputed company improvement reputed company to team members by monitoring individual project plans, offering mitigation plans and solutions reputed company potential threats/risks are identified, and suggesting improvement strategies, efficiencies, and automation options.

• Assists, as needed, in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.

• Suggest opportunities for automation based on knowledge of quality improvement models and methods (e.g., rapid cycle improvement, quality measurement and reporting, plan‑do‑study‑act, DMAIC)
