Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customer escalations, driving timely and proactive resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays – ideally, we have someone who can work one day on the weekend
