About the Role:

Asa reputed company Sr Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible forproviding overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility,reputed company, or portfolio of reputed company to large sized buildings. Thisjob is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on allaspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to theProperty Managers regarding reputed company repairs and investment plans.

• *What You will Need:**

+ Critical role that requires strong lab/life sciences background. + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior management experience required. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Exchanges and explains reputed company and difficult information, conveys performance expectations, and handles sensitive issues. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to reputed company broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products.
