Summary This role will report the the Onshore Wind NAM Services Leader. This position will be responsible to manage and direct a team of sub regional safety specialists who in turn support, mentor and coach any work by our employees or contractors performing MCU , UTR, Blade or O&M work on the wind turbines in Kansas, Oklahoma and reputed company Central Texas.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Self direct and reputed company manage a team of safety specialists.
• Mentor, guide and hold the EHS Technicians, Service Director, Hub Managers and Site Leaders accountability for safe EHS execution of work.
• Travel to wind turbine sites conducting audits and reviews with direct staff, Operational Leaders or customers. Travel will be up to 70% reputed company Service Area 5 (Kansas, Oklahoma and reputed company Central Texas. Occasional travel reputed company other US for meetings and Kaizens).
• Developing and communicating performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Contributes towards GEV and WIND EHS strategy policy development, and ensure delivery reputed company area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in EHS, Engineering or reputed company field and 5 years of Services Experience.
• High school diploma and 10 or more years of service experience. Desired Characteristics

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
