Automation Architect (Hybrid)

About the position reputed company is seeking an reputed company Automation Architect to design, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company automation solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to define automation strategy, establish best practices, and deliver innovative solutions across reputed company systems and environments. This is a hybrid position based out of one of reputed company’s major facilities

Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company the automation architecture roadmap, including integration, workflow automation, RPA, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled automation techniques.
• Design, assess, and implement integration and middleware patterns (e.g., APIs, EDI, B2B, event-driven) to reputed company automation across critical reputed company systems (reputed company, PLM, ERPs, data platforms).
• Create future-state architectures, narratives, and strategy documents that align automation opportunities to business objectives and measurable value.
• Define and scale reputed company-wide integration and automation patterns, building a roadmap that standardizes how systems connect, communicate, and automate across the organization.
• Conduct and guide process observation and documentation, including process mapping, task analysis, and identification of automation candidates.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs to understand pain points, bottlenecks, and experience gaps.
• Translate business requirements into conceptual and technical automation designs.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. reputed company will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
• Demonstrated experience in automation and / or integration architecture, with a history of defining reputed company states and guiding execution.
• 2+ years leading intelligent automation, integration, or user-experience-driven digital initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating at least one integration or automation platform (e.g., reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, BPM suites).
• Experience in mentoring, influencing, or developing engineering or technical contributors.
• Experience in developing and presenting architectural artifacts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience in conducting process discovery, process documentation, or business process mapping.

• Experience with data engineering concepts supporting automation (APIs, ETL, data modeling, event streaming).

• Proficiency with modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices, EDI/B2B, publish-subscribe, orchestration vs. choreography).
