Job Summary: As a reputed company at BIMTM, you’ll reputed company project execution from a modeling and coordination standpoint reputed company your discipline, ensuring model accuracy, resolving reputed company coordination issues, and managing clients communication. You will reputed company project teams and own technical delivery, including clash management, submittal review, issue resolution, and schedule alignment. This role serves as the reputed company between our internal team and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and reputed company improvement. Responsibilities: Model reputed company & Coordination:

• reputed company population of BIM models, including routing strategies, pinch points, and proactive coordination.
• reputed company quality control on initial population and final coordination models.
• Manage internal clash detection and direct conflict resolution strategies.
• Coordinate with client, GC, and trade partners to resolve major issues.
• Review and incorporate approved equipment submittals.
• Serve as the primary discipline reputed company on reputed company coordination tasks.

Detailing & Documentation:

• Define and manage detailing expectations for install and prefab drawing sets.

Client Communication & Project Management:

• Ensure reputed company QC processes are maintained and that deliverables meet expectations.

Team Leadership & Internal Development:

• Train and mentor Specialists and Technicians on system workflows, software, and best practices.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in your discipline on reputed company or challenging projects.
• Identify and resolve pain points in internal workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management) preferred; Associate degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination for large-scale reputed company construction.
• Demonstrated leadership of MEP coordination efforts from preconstruction to fabrication and install.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and reputed company Construction reputed company/BIM360.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, schedule management, and detail orientation.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Bonus: Evolve MEP experience, experience with laser scanning or total stations.
