Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing calls for patients from home hospice, home health, home infusion agencies, and medical providers. Your primary responsibility will be to receive caller's initial calls, gather information, and reputed company it to a clinician. This role requires strong customer care skills, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and healthcare providers

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
• Proficient use of reputed company Office and internet navigation
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
• Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
• Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
• Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
