About the Role

You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our enterprise customers, advising key stakeholders, offering strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on arenaflex's product offerings and cybersecurity practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• reputed company seamless operation of the arenaflex platform for customers, ensuring maximum value adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Advise key customer stakeholders, offering strategic guidance, performing quarterly/annual reviews, and spotting upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Partner and collaborate with Sales, reputed company & Product Engineering, and Support teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring cross-functional alignment on reputed company strategies.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identifying areas of risk, and proactively addressing issues to mitigate churn and deliver a market-leading customer experience.
• Serve as the main escalation reputed company for critical customer issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
