Role Description The Director of CRO drives high-reputed company by translating data into actionable insights and hypotheses. - Serve as a trusted strategy partner to clients, providing expertise across site experience, merchandising, acquisition & retention, analytics, US and digital product roadmaps

- Identify conversion optimization opportunities across the full customer funnel, from reputed company pages and PDPs to checkout and post-purchase experiences

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, UX, Psychology, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree a plus or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience leading CRO or digital strategy initiatives, including mentoring team members, guiding cross-functional teams, and owning client strategy from discovery through execution
- Strong experience in eCommerce strategy, with a deep understanding of DTC business models and on-site conversion dynamics
- Hands-on experience with CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven optimization
- Advanced proficiency in eCommerce analytics, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and prioritized actions
