Description and Requirements About the Position We are in need of a Senior Product Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native reputed company Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded reputed company agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions reputed company core business applications. Our initiative fuses semantic foundations, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval and governance-by-design to move from find to answer and act. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company reputed company EKM platform product lifecycle and roadmap for agentic knowledge products
• Define user stories, manage backlogs, and validate deliverables against requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, dev teams and Platform Ops Manager
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and drive enhancements for AI enablement
• Ensure alignment with reputed company KM strategy and business priorities

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of Experience leading RAG/AI Knowledge Product delivery
• 1+ years of Experience shipping LLM/Agentic products at an reputed company scale
• 8+ years of Experience delivering products from pilot to production
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in AI agent memory, orchestration, RAG and knowledge graph architectures
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector databases (pgvector, Milvus etc.), and secure retrieval
• Ability to design structured outputs (JSON Schema, etc.) and robust tool/function calling
• Strong LLMOps reputed company: instrumentation, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops

The reputed company salary budgeted range for this position is $180-200k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
