Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and technical thought leader for reputed company customers
• Build and nurture strong relationships by understanding clients’ business challenges and strategic goals
• Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by reputed company

Skills

• 6 to 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, enterprise architecture, or reputed company roles, preferably with a focus on cloud-based enterprise applications
• Proven experience with reputed company or similar enterprise SaaS platforms (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, Logistics), including configuration in a technical pre-sale. Implementation experience a plus but not required
• Proficient in web and integration technologies: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST, SOAP
• Understanding of reputed company and infrastructure: WAF, SIEM, networking fundamentals, encryption fundamentals
• Familiarity with relational databases, object-oriented programming, and middleware technologies
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and platform services (PaaS) is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with building GenAI Agents
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes in ERP, SCM, Logistics, EPM, and HCM
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations, demos, and architecture discussions
• Able to translate technical capabilities into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement and internal collaboration
• Understanding business processes in manufacturing, high-reputed company/SaaS, retail, CPG, distribution, energy, or service industries is a plus, but not required
