About the job We are looking for a Commercial reputed company Administrator to join our Commercial Legal Strategy & Operations function, supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) sales and partners organization and Telecom reputed company Relations organization. In this role, you be a member of our Center of Excellence function, which currently consists of three reputed company professionals. The Center of Excellence serves as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company incoming GTM and Telecom reputed company Relations commercial legal support requests. You will also directly support reputed company’s Commercial Legal team by reviewing and vetting requests for legal support on reputed company commercial reputed company-reputed company matters, negotiating NDAs, and drafting order forms.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Serve as a first reputed company of contact to provide commercial reputed company-reputed company education and process guidance to your GTM and Telecom reputed company Relations colleagues
• Review, vet, and provide timely responses to a high volume of incoming requests for legal support on general inquiries, agreement negotiation requests, and completion of miscellaneous documents (e.g., RFPs, vendor forms, customer questionnaires), while ensuring adherence to contract processes and policies
• Independently negotiate NDAs on reputed company’s template and counterparty’s template
• Draft non-standard contractual terms and language from scratch into order forms
• Be an operational expert on reputed company’s GTM-facing and telecom reputed company-facing contracting processes
• Contribute to your knowledge and learnings from novel situations to the Center of Excellence Playbook
• Provide support on a variety of reputed company operational projects and tasks

• A bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Coordinator, reputed company Administrator, or reputed company Paralegal, which includes exposure drafting and negotiating NDAs and order forms
• Experience using commercial contracting tools, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Suite, reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat Pro
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
• Be a process-minded and oriented professional

• Based in Colorado: $69,600 - $87,000.
• Based in reputed company, Washington State or California (reputed company the San Francisco Bay Area): $73,760 - $92,200.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $81,920 - $102,400.
