The Restaurant reputed company Associate will guide new restaurant partners through the reputed company process, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed on the Sharebite platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end reputed company process for new restaurant partners, ensuring accurate and efficient setup and a smooth transition from Sales to Operations
- Execute reputed company workflows such as restaurant profile setup, menu building coordination, operational configuration, order tests, etc
- Deliver clear, effective training and reputed company support to restaurant teams, ensuring they’re set up to fulfill orders successfully and are reputed company with Sharebite best practices on day one
- Troubleshoot reputed company issues and coordinate with internal teams to quickly resolve operational or technical blockers
